This complex world of life is made manifest through the living energies of water and the water's relationship with our Earth and the cosmos (ie.: moon tides; evaporation from sun's radiant energy, etc.). Water is always in motion as it flows on, into, and above our Earth's and through every life form. The physical, energetic feature of water is the spiral (or vortex). When water is polluted, this spiral vortex becomes corrupted and no longer provides the life-giving energy to support life. Once water heals itself over time, or, the source of pollution is removed by humankind - water again provides living energy to life.
On that note, our body's ability to dance and have movement; the motion of any life form (running animals, swaying trees, flying birds), including our ability to enter into a "body" of water - is only possible because the hydrogen bonds of water connect and disconnect at over one trillion times each second. The fluidity of of water's molecular structure allows water to adjust to any form it fills; to flow with any motion a life form makes, and to accommodate any physical entity entering into its body.
